Nature of the Service
BeautyMetrics.co is a free aesthetic evaluation service based on artificial intelligence (Google Gemini AI). It is a personal project managed by private individuals without a VAT number, provided 'as is' without any commercial guarantee. The service is intended exclusively for entertainment purposes and should not be considered a professional or medical evaluation.
Permitted Use
You may use BeautyMetrics.co to upload photos of human faces (making sure you have the consent of the person depicted if it is not you), obtain an indicative aesthetic evaluation score and use the results for personal or entertainment purposes. Use is permitted only for adults (18+ years).
Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to: upload images of minors (under 18 years); upload images of people without their consent; use the service for illegal, discriminatory or defamatory purposes; attempt to violate or compromise the security of the service; use the service to make medical, legal or professional decisions.
Liability Limitations and Rate Limiting
The service is provided free of charge 'as is'. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or continuous availability of the service. To prevent abuse, we implement a rate limiting system that limits the number of requests per device. The only data recorded is an anonymous counter of requests made from your device. Uploaded images are temporarily processed through third-party services (e.g. Google Gemini AI) and may be subject to technical logs according to provider policies. The results provided are generated by artificial intelligence and must be considered exclusively indicative. We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the service.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos and code of the BeautyMetrics.co website are owned by the project managers. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without written authorization is prohibited. The AI used (Google Gemini) is owned by Google LLC.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective from publication on the site. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the court of the consumer's place of residence shall have jurisdiction, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
